Just Do It

Lately, I've been trying to work out more often.  I'll miss a day here or there when I get busy, but for the most part, I've been making it to the gym (almost) every day.
Well, this past week I fell short.  I missed one day because I was busy, and from there it snowballed.
Today, I finally put my sneakers back on, and ran.
Day 6
And it feels so good.

How about you?  Do you have a work out schedule?  Or are you as bad as I am with getting to the gym?
